FMS understands that your project’s schedule is critical to its success, so your new construction projects are taken just a seriously as our most complex retro-fit or repair.
- Our design and permitting team will begin within 72 hours of contract.
- Your project will be placed on our construction schedule immediately upon receipt of a P.O., dually signed contract, or signed proposal.
- Coordination with your Site Superintendent and/or Project Manager will begin.
- All required inspections will be scheduled in advance.
- We will be adequately staffed, equipped, and informed when we arrive onsite.
